Hello,

I'm not certain that I have well understood. Is it possible to play movie from a USB Key of 4 or 8 GB  for example (not a USB HDD) with the WD TV ?

Thanks

Yes, not a problem at all.

WDTV LIVE with current official FW > HDMI > DVDO > Sony CRT Projector 150" 16/9 screen.  Toslink audio to Yamaha DTS receiver. No Network set up yet.

without any problems also USB SD card readers are supported ( single port readers - no multi format readers readers )

hello everyone,

i use a 32gb cruzer with my wdtv
however, when ever i unplug the thrumbdrive from the wdtv, say to transfer files
and stick it back in
the player would not be able to 'see' the drive
the only way to get the player to recognise the drive again would be to power cycle it
then everything works fine again

any suggestions or help would be much appreciated

many thanks!

You should use the "Eject" feature before removing any USB device. That should resolve your problem.
